HCC Surety Group requires all Agencies, Brokerage Firms, or Individuals that handle policy service, or that sell or receive a commission on a contract underwritten by American Contractors Indemnity Company, U.S. Specialty Insurance Company and United States Surety Company, to secure the proper state appointment(s). This is handled by HCC Surety Group's Compliance Department in Los Angeles, California.
